1. Seller identification
Eventio.me is operated by Jan Vitez, a sole trader (OSVČ) registered in the Czech Republic.
- Registered office: Korunní 2569/108, 101 00 Praha - Vinohrady, Czech Republic
- IČO (Company ID): 07681062
- DIČ (VAT ID): CZ9001199130
- Email: info@eventio.me
- Registered in the Trade Register (Živnostenský rejstřík).
These Terms & Conditions govern every purchase made on eventio.me and are supplemented by our Privacy Policy.
2. What we sell
Eventio.me sells digital invitation templates. Every product is digital content not supplied on a physical medium: after purchase you receive, by email, a unique link to a Canva template that you can customize and share yourself. No physical item is shipped.
3. Orders and contract formation
Placing an order requires you to review your cart, provide a contact email, and click the "Order & Pay with Card" button, which constitutes a binding order with an obligation to pay. The purchase contract is concluded once your payment is successfully processed and confirmed.
We will send an order confirmation and delivery email to the address you provided. Please check your order details carefully before paying — you can review and edit your cart at any point before checkout.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed exclusively via Stripe, a third-party payment processor; we do not receive or store your card details. Your order is confirmed only once Stripe confirms successful payment.
Every paid order gets a self-serve document at a link included in your confirmation email and account order history. If you check "I'm purchasing as a business" at checkout and provide your company details, you receive a full VAT tax invoice (daňový doklad, issued under §29 of Act No. 235/2004 Coll., on Value Added Tax). Otherwise, as a private consumer, you receive an order receipt — Czech law does not require a formal VAT invoice for consumer purchases (§28 of the same Act) unless you request one.
5. Delivery of digital content
Digital content is delivered immediately after payment confirmation, by email, in the form of a personalized Canva link for each purchased template. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on email processing but are typically instant. Please make sure the email address you provide at checkout is correct, as this is our only means of delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason, under Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.
Exception for digital content. Because our products are digital content not supplied on a physical medium, this right does not apply once delivery has begun, provided that:
- you gave your prior explicit consent to immediate delivery before the end of the 14-day period, and
- you acknowledged that by consenting you lose your right of withdrawal.
You give this consent by checking the corresponding box at checkout. If you do not check that box, we will not deliver your digital content until the withdrawal period allows it, and you retain the full 14-day right of withdrawal in the meantime. Once your consent is given and the template link has been sent, the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded under the right of withdrawal.
This provision reflects §1837(l) and §1829(3) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.
7. Complaints and liability for defects
If a delivered template is defective (for example, the link does not work or the file is corrupted), please contact us at info@eventio.me as soon as possible and we will fix the issue or provide a replacement or refund, in line with your statutory rights under the Civil Code.
8. Out-of-court dispute resolution
If you are a consumer and a dispute arises that we cannot resolve directly, you may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, ČOI) as the competent out-of-court dispute resolution body:
- Website: coi.gov.cz
- Ústřední inspektorát ČOI, Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Praha 2, Czech Republic
9. Personal data
Information about what personal data we collect, why, and your rights is set out in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions and any contract concluded through eventio.me are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. This does not deprive you, as a consumer, of any mandatory protections afforded to you by the law of the country in which you reside.
